healthy eating websites

Starting a healthy eating lifestyle is probably one of the best decisions you can make for your health, vitality, energy and disease prevention (for you and your family too of course).

But with literally thousands of healthy eating websites on the internet, where should you start? Who can you trust and how do you even define “healthy eating”?

What is Healthy Eating?

There are more than a few definitions for eating healthy. Some insist that the only healthy eating diet is vegan. Others will claim that butter and grass-fed meat is essential to your health.

And what about SCD, GAPS, gluten-free, sugar-free, Paleo, Primal?

How do you define healthy eating?

In my humble opinion, healthy eating is eating only REAL FOOD.

Real food has no artificial ingredients, no commercially canned, packaged or processed food No fake foods of any kind. You get the picture.

So, here are the absolutely BEST healthy eating websites, packed with great real food recipes, natural remedies, inspiring articles about real food, our food supply and green living. Who wouldn’t love these?
